Schedule with Dr. Kareem

There is no cost to receive care from Dr. Kareem. Voluntary contributions are welcome, but never required and never affect care.

A personal model of care

Clinical reasoning with humility, clarity, and service.

Dr. Kareem approaches each person as an individual. Care begins with the patient’s story, a Physical Therapy evaluation, meaningful goals, and informed consent. Treatment choices follow the findings rather than a predetermined package.

PrayPT is explicitly centered upon Christ Jesus the Nazarene—Yeshua the Messiah—while welcoming people of every faith background or none. Prayer is offered only with permission and never changes access to or quality of care.

Dr. Kareem’s Arizona Physical Therapy license is active, and the PrayPT location is registered at 1184 SR 179 in Sedona. PrayPT is being developed as a service of Dr. Kareem F. Samhouri Fitness LLC.

There is no required fee to receive care from Dr. Kareem. Voluntary contributions are welcome and help support accessible care, but the decision to contribute never affects access, clinical recommendations, or the care a person receives.
